Christie Schweighardt is majoring in Health Administration in Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy and minoring in Digital Communications, Information, and Media. She is currently Vice President of the Rutgers University Student Assembly and also helps plan Rutgers Relay For Life, which is a 14-hour fundraiser for the American Cancer Society. Her passion for healthcare policy has lead her to recently join a research project that aims to improve postpartum depression screenings in hospitals across New Jersey. Music is Christie’s first love and you can always find her on the dance floor or singing along to any song. Christie’s lifelong goal is to help others realize that they are not alone in their struggles and that their stories are all unique and beautiful.
