Erika Rears
Speaker Logistics Captain
Erika is a senior majoring in German, hoping to pursue a career in Human Resource Management after graduation. She is the LEx Mark Captain in charge of Speaker Logistics for the 2018 Mark Conference. In addition to her involvement with the Department of Leadership and Experiential Learning, Erika founded Troop RU, a Girl Scout Organization on campus, was a Senior Orientation Leader for New Student Orientation and Family Programs, and is the Piccolo Section Leader of the Rutgers Marching Band. Erika hopes to inspire the individuals she works with to reach their full potential.
