Katie Parrish is a senior in SEBS studying microbiology with a minor in spanish. She leads the Rutgers Sustainability Coalition and Rutgers Students for Environmental Awareness, and is a Lex Leader with the Department of Leadership and Experiential Learning. When she’s not trying to convince the world that sustainability is about more than just hugging trees, you can find her biking across campus. That is, until this June, when you will be able to find her halfway across the country on a charity bike tour to support Elijah’s Promise.
