Monique Klitbo
Human Resources & Sponsorships Captain
Monique is the Human Resources and Sponsorships Captain and Intern for the 2019 Mark Conference. She is a senior majoring in Economics with a double minor in English and Philosophy and wants to go to law school. Monique was first introduced to the Department of Leadership and Experiential Learning her sophomore year through a program called Seeking Success and since then has served as a Peer Leadership Mentor, Legacy Peer Leadership Mentor, LEx Ambassador Lead Team member, and 2018 Mark Conference SWAT Team Member. She describes the Department of Leadership and Experiential Learning as the family she found on the huge campus that is Rutgers University. Outside of the Department of Leadership and Experiential Learning, she is also a Resident Assistant on the College Avenue Campus. In her free time, Monique enjoys reading, traveling, watching Marvel movies, and trying new types of food. Monique was inspired and empowered by the vulnerability and authenticity of the speakers in both the 2017 and 2018 Mark Conferences and hopes to help create a similar experience for those attending this year.
