Jonathan Bellinghausen Bio

Jonathan Bellinghausen is a senior at Rutgers-New Brunswick from Randolph, New Jersey, majoring in Business Analytics and Information Technology with a minor in political science. He is a member of the Cap & Skull Senior Honor Society and a Dean’s List student.

Jonathan currently serves as the Student Body President of the Rutgers Business School, where he advocates on behalf of over 5,000 students to University leadership. He is also a Mentorship Assistant at the RBS Office of Student Support, Engagement, and Leadership and a Supervisor at the Office of Information Technology. Jonathan serves on various committees, including President Holloway’s Student Advisory Committee and Vice Chancellor Salvador Mena’s Student Advisory Committee.

Some of his previous leadership roles include Vice Chair of the Rutgers University Student Assembly’s Allocations Board, where he has overseen over $7M in student fees distributed to hundreds of student organizations. Jonathan also had the opportunity to teach a class of students about the business world as a First-Year Interest Group Seminar instructor this past fall. Upon graduation, Jonathan will join Prudential Financial in their Global Technology group and hopes to continue his advocacy work in his free time.
