My name is Dafney Jimenez, I am currently a sophomore majoring in Supply Chain management. Being a part of the Mark conference as a SWAT team member during my freshman year, inspired me to help my peers and build up my personal skills while also making friends with my other teammates. Being a captain this year for the conference has helped me give back to a community of students that I resonate with. This experience has not only honed my leadership and organizational skills but also deepened my understanding of the dynamics within team settings and the importance of effective communication. It has been a rewarding journey to see the impact of our collective efforts on the conference’s success and the positive feedback from participants.
