Laura Zottarelli
Laura Zottarelli is a proud alumni of Bergen Community College and successfully transferred to Rutgers University in the Fall of 2016. She describes the Department of Leadership and Experiential Learning as her Rutgers’ family. This department has not only helped her transition into Rutgers, but also influenced her personally and professionally. She is a former Discovery Retreat Leader, Peer Leadership Mentor, current Ambassador and now Ignite Speaker for the Mark Conference. She loves being able to take part in initiatives that allow her to have an impact on the community in a positive way. She truly believes that learning lies within the sharing of our stories and she hopes that courage shines through her speech and carries onto others as they take on their own obstacles. Although her time at Rutgers is coming to an end, she feels ready to continue taking steps on her wonderful, and beautiful journey.
